Easter Weekend Prayer Vigil
We're praying and believing that God will pour out His Spirit on our Easter Sunday services. In preparation for that day, a prayer vigil is planned for Saturday, 4/19, beginning at 9:00am. Sign-up sheets are available at the welcome center desk. This 24-hour vigil will last until 9:00am on Easter Sunday morning. Thanks for praying with us for God's anointing and presence on this very special day of the year.
Easter Sunday, April 20th
Our biggest celebration of the year—Easter Sunday—is just 2 weeks away. Who are you bringing to church that day? Someone you know may be waiting for an invitation!
Missions Project: Middletown Food Pantry
We are encouraging everyone to bring donations for the Middletown Food Pantry at the time of their Portrait Session Appointment. Donations can be food, clothing, money, or any other appropriate items. Everyone who supports the Food Pantry in this way will be given a $5/Off Coupon towards the purchase of a portrait package.
All women who like to sing are invited to join our Ladies' Ensemble. Rehearsals will be held on Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm.
Women's Prayer Meeting
Throughout the 6 weeks of the Lenten Season, our ladies prayer group will meet weekly on Saturdays instead of our usual once per month. All women are invited to come together for prayer on Saturday mornings at 9:00 AM (through April 19th) in the prayer room.
The Feasts of The Lord
A new Wednesday night study series, The Feasts of the Lord, has begun with teacher, Bruce Sutton. This DVD-led series will help students discover many details about Jewish feasts and how they foreshadowed the coming of the Messiah and many prophecies yet to be fulfilled. Classes will be held in the fireplace room on Wednesdays at 6:30pm.
Lenten Season: March5—April 19
We're looking forward to the biggest celebration of the Christian year—Easter Sunday! The Lenten season (40 days prior to Easter) is a great time to prepare ourselves spiritually through prayer, repentance, almsgiving, and self-denial. You and your family are invited to set aside time for a special Ash Wednesday observance on Wednesday, March 5th. The sanctuary will be open from 5:30 to 8:30pm and special prayer and meditation stations will be located around the room. Spend as much or as little time as you like in this environment of candlelight and drawing closer to God.
if you seek the Lord your God, you will find Him if you look for Him with all your heart and with all your soul.

The Story Bible Study
On Sunday, January 12, 2014, we started off on a journey through "The Story." You will be able to find resources in two locations throughout our time with The Story. The first place you will be able to find resources will be in the MCON Blog. You will also be able to download other usuable devotionals and study helps from our Study Resource page.
CCK - Crisis Care Kits
Don't forget to help support our crisis outreach efforts by providing one or more Crisis Care Kits. These kits are sent to areas in the US where natural disasters have occurred and provide immediate hygiene and small items for those who have lost everything. Please continue to bring CCK so we may replenish our supply.
